What you'll do
- Own company-wide people strategy, workforce planning and HR governance
- Build scalable recruitment, onboarding, performance and employee-support systems
- Advise executive leadership on organisation design, culture, capability and people risk

- Senior leadership experience across people, HR or organisational operations
- Strong judgement handling confidential, sensitive and high-impact people matters
- Ability to build practical people systems for a remote and growing organisation
Helpful experience
- Experience in technology, gaming or creator-led organisations
- Experience designing HR policy and compliance processes
