Planned parent and child account linking
How account linking is designed to work.
This is the intended Family Centre linking flow. Availability will expand as the linked-account controls complete testing.
1. Open your child’s settings
The intended flow starts from the child account settings and the Family section.
2. Add a parent email
A parent or guardian email is planned to begin a secure linking request.
3. Create or log in to your parent account
The planned flow then guides the parent or guardian through sign-in and identity confirmation.
4. Approve the link
Once linking is available and approved, supported controls and reports can be managed from Family Centre.

The planned dashboard brings linked family members, recent activity and adjustable limits into one place. Individual capabilities will be labelled when they become available.
