- Set product strategy, priorities and success measures across the ESB Games ecosystem
- Coordinate product, design, engineering, safety and creator requirements
- Build a disciplined roadmap and product-review process from pre-launch through scale

- Senior product leadership on complex consumer or platform products
- Strong product judgement across usability, safety, growth and technical trade-offs
- Experience aligning multidisciplinary teams around clear priorities
Helpful experience
- Gaming, social, marketplace or creator-platform experience
- Experience launching a product from early-stage development
