- Set technical direction across platform, backend, creator tools and infrastructure
- Build engineering standards for reliability, security, performance and delivery
- Lead technical hiring, architecture reviews and cross-product engineering priorities
What we're looking for
- Senior engineering leadership across complex software systems
- Strong architecture, security and reliability judgement
- Ability to lead teams while remaining technically credible and hands-on where needed
Helpful experience
- Gaming, real-time systems or creator-tool experience
- Experience scaling cloud infrastructure and developer platforms
