What you'll do
- Own Trust & Safety operating strategy, escalation standards and quality controls
- Coordinate moderation, reporting, appeals, child-safety and incident-response processes
- Partner with Product, Legal, Engineering and Support on safety-by-design requirements
What we're looking for
- Senior Trust & Safety, moderation, integrity or online-safety experience
- Strong judgement on high-risk content, user harm and escalation decisions
- Experience building auditable operational policies and reviewer workflows
Helpful experience
- Experience with games, UGC or social platforms
- Experience with child-safety or international online-safety programmes
