What you'll do
- Draft and maintain product-facing policy, guidance and operational requirements
- Translate safety, legal and product decisions into clear rules and implementation notes
- Work with Trust & Safety, Legal, Product and Support to keep policy aligned with reality
What we're looking for
- Excellent policy writing, structured reasoning and attention to detail
- Ability to turn complex requirements into understandable user-facing language
- Strong collaboration across product, safety, legal or operational teams
Helpful experience
- Experience with online platforms, UGC, games or digital policy
- Experience maintaining versioned policy or governance documentation
